Due to recent growth, we are seeking a dedicated, professional Customer Support Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team and will be responsible for participating in day-to-day product support.
For the right person, this position could lead to an expanded role in software implementation and quality assurance testing.
The position is ideal for self-motivated, patient, detail-oriented, dependable individuals who like to help others solve their problems.
In this position, you will:
- Use your skill set to troubleshoot client issues in a timely manner
- Serve as a first responder to client requests and act as liaison between the customer and Accountek
- Keep clients informed of progress on their issues and follow up as needed, in writing or by phone
- Review existing software documentation and suggest updates
- Promote and maintain a high-quality, professional, service-oriented company image among clients
- Other duties as assigned

Job qualifications
QualificationsRequired
- High school diploma
- Excellent, effective, and clear verbal and written communication skills
- A courteous and professional phone manner, demeanor, and attitude
- Strong PC and system navigation skills in a Windows-based environment, including account management and password resets
- Excellent organizational, time management, punctuality, and customer service skills
- Able to work independently as well as coordinate efforts with other team members
- A good team player, yet willing to take personal responsibility for resolving issues
- Available to work 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, and some holidays
QualificationsPreferred
- Accounting or business degree/diploma and/or experience
- Customer service experience, preferably in the software industry
- Experience with different accounting software applications
- Some knowledge of macOS system and navigation
