Your business is unique and may require us to customize Connected to suit your specific needs. Typical off-the-shelf software does not offer any ability for program customization, and being able to offer this service makes Connected unique, like your business.
TWO APPROACHES TO CUSTOMIZATION
We have two approaches to customization. The first is a sponsored enhancement, while the second is a company-specific customization. Each method will allow your company to get exactly what is needed to enhance or improve your company workflow and/or productivity.
Approach 1Sponsored enhancement
Your company sponsors a new feature or improvement to Connected. Because it becomes part of the standard product, it is carried forward into future versions of Connected.
Approach 2Company-specific customization
A change built just for your company, such as a custom report, form, import, or workflow, designed around the way your business operates.
