HOW DOES A DATA CONVERSION WORK?
Step 1Meet your coordinator
You will be assigned a project coordinator who will work directly with you and one of our conversion specialists to ensure timelines are met.
Step 2Review your quote
We will prepare a full quotation with a complete breakdown of time and exactly what will be converted from your existing data. This document acts as a roadmap for the conversion. Your team can review the quote and request any changes before signing off.
Step 3Schedule your conversion
A conversion date is then scheduled with your project coordinator. A typical conversion takes 1–2 days, depending on the size and number of companies.
Tip: choose a go-live date at the start of a month or fiscal period.
Step 4Review and go live
When the conversion is complete, a conversion specialist reviews your data with you right away to ensure Connected is configured correctly for your business.
Once everything is complete, your project coordinator will continue to work closely with your business to ensure everything runs smoothly.
